Blueberry Mango Spinach SmoothieCourse: Breakfast, Snacks, Smoothies
1 cup spinach
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ of a mango
3 tbsp. hemp seeds
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ cup of soy milk
filtered water (to adjust consistency)
- Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
- Add water to achieve desired consistency.
