Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup spinach

  • ⅓ cup apple sauce

  • 4 tbsp Greek or coconut milk yogurt

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 cup dairy or non-dairy milk

Directions

  • Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add more milk if needed to adjust the consistency.
