Sprout Salad with Blueberries

Ingredients
2 c sunflower or pea sprouts
1/4 c sliced red pepper
1/2 c blueberries
1/2 c snow peas
1 tbs dairy free pesto
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs hemp hearts
1/2 tsp raw honey
sea salt to taste
Directions
- Combine sprouts, red pepper, blueberries and snow peas in a large bowl.
- In a small mason jar, add oil, pesto, lemon juice, honey and salt. Shake until well mixed.
- Pour over salad and top with hemp hearts.
