Apple Quinoa Porridge

½ cup quinoa, uncooked
1 cup water
2 apples, diced
1 ½ tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
½ tbsp. honey or maple syrup
Directions
- In a medium size pot, bring your water and quinoa to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12-15 minutes with the lid on.
- Once cooked, place all your ingredients into the pot and stir.
