Ingredients

  • ½ cup quinoa, uncooked

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 apples, diced

  • 1 ½ tbsp. pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds

  • ½ tbsp. honey or maple syrup

Directions

  • In a medium size pot, bring your water and quinoa to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12-15 minutes with the lid on.
  • Once cooked, place all your into the pot and stir.
