1 c almond milk
1 c frozen blueberries
1 c baby spinach
1 scoop favorite protein powder or 100 g soft tofu or 100 g Greek yogurt
1 tsp ground flax
1 tsp cinnamon
(Optional) 1 tsp matcha
(Optional) frozen banana
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
